More than just a fishing tournament, the Bay Point Billfish Open is a multi-day waterfront celebration featuring live music, great food and drinks, vendor displays, family-friendly entertainment, and some of the most competitive sportfishing teams on the Gulf Coast. Throughout the week, visitors can experience the excitement of tournament action firsthand while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere along the marina docks.

Inspired by the legendary Bay Point Billfish Tournament that drew thousands of anglers and spectators from 1984 to 2012, the Bay Point Billfish Open continues the tradition of bringing the sportfishing community together while introducing a new generation to one of the region’s premier fishing events.

Tournament teams will compete for substantial cash prizes while targeting Gulf species including blue marlin, tuna, wahoo, and mahi-mahi.
